Girls' Pokemon Charmander Dress - the top of the dress is 95% cotton 5% spandex jersey with an attached hood, an attached polyester skirt has that sparkly flames on tulle overlays and a polyester lining, an attached metallic gold faux sash with a Charmander patch tacked at one side. Measures about 15.75 inches across the front of the chest (armpit to armpit) and about 29 inches long from shoulder to hem.
