Some light scratches that are seen on the scans are from the penny sleeves not actual card. If there are any damages/scratches it will be mentioned on the description.
Chrome cards (Topps Chrome/Prizm/Optic/Mosaic/etc.) might have minor light surface scratches which is typical with these types of cards. Any major deep scratches will be stated if any are present.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all cards. All cards will have tracking.
All cards under $20 will be shipped Standard Envelope with tracking. (Thick cards that are over 3 oz but under $20 will be shipped with First Class Mail)
If payments has not made after 4 days of accepting offers, order will be cancelled.
NO RETURN or REFUND allowed unless card is damaged during the transit or package is missing.
