Please note that this listing is for ONE piece at the above dimensions. The pieces in the pic and for illustrative purposes to give a realistic idea of the type of wood available.

I am a UK seller so no need for CITES certification.  Buy the same wood from an EU seller and expect an extra £60 charge! Crazy, but true!

Now, we all know that wood is a natural product that allows moisture to move in and out from the atmosphere.  All these pieces are stored flat and are flat when they leave me into the loving care of the courier.  If the atmosphere between my door and yours is either very moist or very dry, then the relative humidity of the wood can change.  This is completely normal. If the wood "cups" then place it under a weight and leave it for a few days.  it will stabilise in your workshop environment again and all will be fine and dandy.  Thanks.

If you want to see the sort of things I was making, google martinedwardsluthier for my blog.

I have a load of stuff listed, so yes, of course I'll combine shipping.... If you want a range of items then please ask me about combined shipping costs. ebay charge fees on shipping costs now so it's expensive for me to take your payment then refund it, so i can't afford to do it anymore.....

EU CITES BREXIT....... OK, before Brexit there is free movement of endangered species (like rosewood) within the EU. I can buy this in bulk from a European Wholesaler and not have to pay a fortune for certification as it's one fee per shipment, and if they pay the £60 for a container lorry full, it's pennies per item by the time it gets to you and me. if I need to pay £60 per shipment to bring it into the UK, then my prices will rocket, or I'll just plain stop stocking rosewood. Bottom line? (of this paragraph anyway) Get it while it's available.

If you want to try and arrange your own courier, then that's fine, I'm perfectly happy to allow that, the dimensions are above, add 1 cm or two all round for packaging. they weigh about 250g. work it out for yourself!!

For UK postage I use MyHermes or 2nd class post.. They have a section on the online booking for "safe place to leave the parcel" if you aren't home when they try to deliver. if you want to put something in that box then include the info as a message with your payment.

Please leave positive feedback to let me know the wood arrived safely. If there are any problems, PLEASE get in touch so that I can put them right before you get all negative on me!

thanks for looking

Please note that due to the Post Office raising their prices all shipments will now be sent SECOND CLASS to keep costs down for customers.  Thanks
