ABOUT RETURN

We accept returns within 30 days. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as when you signed for it.
If you find that the accessory is faulty or damaged after receiving it, we can replace it for you free of charge.
Regarding customization, in order to minimize any surprises, you can contact us to confirm the product picture and whether you need to add product packaging or hard shells before shipping from China.

ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION

CUSTOM Model will have a production cycle of about 25 -35 days after you place an order.  The time spent on customize privately guitars varies depending on the product.
