MYOTAPE sleep strips are designed to gently help restore breathing through your nose while sleeping. These sleep strips surround the mouth and bring together the lips with light elastic tension. They do not cover the mouth.

The cotton made strips use a hypoallergenic glue, so are skin friendly and gently keep the lips closed during a long night's sleep so helps to improve the overall sleep quality.

Obviously work better on a clean shaven person, not really suitable for people with a moustache/full beard.

A Negative - Can be a bit fiddly removing the strip from the backing paper.
