Here we have a vintage metal floral relief waste paper basket. It looks to date to the early 20th century. It is not water tight as there are some thin gaps to the base (last photo)
It is in overall good strong condition. There are some signs of age/use related wear/marks with some thin gaps to the edge of the base but nothing that affects its use or strength.
