This is a nicely signed and certified (on the reverse) cover with a separate insert. There is a short biography of the signatory on the insert and a short history of the lighthouse on the back of the cover. There is some form of shading to the reverse of the insert but it doesn't affect the front.

I am also listing four other covers from the 1998 lighthouses set individually as they are signed by different people.  If you buy Multiple Items that can be shipped together, we will always offer a saving on COMBINED POSTAGE if paid for on the same invoce.
