It already is Factory Reset and will include an Apple Pencil. I don’t have the original charger but will include one with at least the same or more charge rate.

In terrific condition, always had a case and screen protector.

Only issue (not even an issue really) is on the case is one of the clips is doesn’t completely stay clipped on. If you want a new case , they have em on Amazon for $25 I believe, but the iPad itself has no issues.
