Compatibility
The box and accessories are for the Canon PowerShot G3 digital camera, a 4mp model introduced in 2002. Some of the accessories could be used on other similar models, while some of the content of the manual may also be useful. The BP-511 battery is used by several other PowerShot models, as well as many earlier EOS digital SLR cameras. The CA-560 power adapter/in-camera charger works on the PowerShot G1 to G5, Pro1, Pro90 IS etc. The CompactFlash card will work in many Canon and other cameras.
