In vintage 1980s (maybe 1970s because there's no barcode) sealed unopened condition. I found this in my parents storage that has been sitting since the 1980s. I have no idea if these still smell like hershey's chocolate but they used to, Lol. As you can see, the packaging has yellowed due to age and 40 years of storage. Please see all pics
