(East German youth movement.).

The Young Pioneers / Thälmann Pioneers, was a
socialist children and youth organisation of schoolchildren ( 6 to 14).
This Pioneer Organisation were named after Ernst Thälmann.
Thälmann was former leader of the Communist Party of Germany.
(executed at the Buchenwald concentration camp).
