The frame is chrome and the material is brown leather. 

It is very comfortable. 

There is heavy wearing to the leather mainly on the base cushion and arms.

The chair spins around with ease.

Condition:

The leather on the chair has heavy wearing but is useable. The main wearing is to the base cushion and arms where there is cracking and marks. The rest of the leather has wearing as well. See the photos.
