This tall top hat is create from a dark charcoal grey velvet, is wrapped in a black, silver grey and white diamond print upcycled silk tie band, which also adorns the edge of the brim, and features a fleur de lis centerpiece, and a wild flourish of feathers. Brim has wire to edge to be shaped as you wish.
