This is a SUPER RARE GENUINE old Loudon Wainwright III concert ticket stub that I just acquired in an AWESOME, really nice collection. One of the legendary concert venues in Houston, Texas back in the late 1970's was the Texas Opry House, which catered to all kinds of music. It was a basically a small warehouse on Richmond Avenue that regularly had live acts, both local and national; capacity was several hundred people. I went to three shows there and each time the place was packed! I feel SO lucky to have acquited a collection of Opry House tickets that came from someone who frequently obtained free tickets to shows and got in without their tickets being torn upon entry!

Ticket stubs from this venue are practically IMPOSSIBLE to find (and FULL tickets are EVEN HARDER!!); I track down collectibles in Houston all the time and have only located Texas Opry House items TWICE in my life! The item offered here may VERY WELL BE THE ONLY ONE OF IT'S KIND THAT STILL REMAINS!!
