Interface and ISO cables allowing use of original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket radio head-unit, including phone buttons when connected to a compatible Bluetooth head unit.

This interface allows use of cars original steering wheel buttons with compatible aftermarket radios and head unit.

Suitable for Honda Civic and CRV cars built between 2012 and 2017 with original navigation labelled 2VCA (Civic) or 2VN3 (CR-V) on the lower right of the front of the radio. See the gallery images of the origianl radio types that this interface is designed to replace. The interface provides a CANBUS interface and steering wheel controls for the new radio and outputs to the original amplifier, speakers and subwoofer. Fitting instructions are included.

Not compatible with cars with any other original sound system, see image for example of original compatible sound systems.

FITTING NOTES:
Not suitable for fitting Chinese/unbranded head units with 2 or 3 wire steering wheel control inputs (KEY1/KEY2)
The clock remains functional but manual clock setting is not available. The change the time the vehicles battery must be disconnected and then reconnected at 1:00 as this is the default time that the clock starts from. Disconnecting the battery permanently removes the date without reinstalling the factory head unit.
