This part is a New Genuine Manufactures Part, which has never been used or fitted. May or may not come with original packaging. Part numbers and descriptions are only given as a guide. This part is warrantied to initially work but will not come with a manufactures warranty.

Postage and Packaging

There is more than one postage listed this is for the item listed, please choose which is most suitable.  ONLY TRACKED24 & TRACKED48 have any insurance with them, certificate of posting/tracking numbers, will be obtained for other services.  Untracked services are entirely at the buyers risk (ie 1st and 2nd Class). This is due to the amount of missing items claims. If an item is required in a time specific basis, please ask for quotes on guaranteed delivery services.  Occasionally we may choose to deliver your item by my own transport, there will still be a delivery charge made for this. If we are going to make the delivery ourselves, we will contact you for a date and time that is convenient to both parties (unless the item will fit through a letterbox). The packaging material used may or not be new. The price charged for Postage if any includes the postal charge, packing material, time to pack items along with the time and fuel to take to collection points.  Combined postage is available, please ask for a quote before bidding or buying (unless stated in listing) unless you will be charged the full postage amount. 

International Buyers

Buyers from outside the UK are welcome to participate in my auctions and listings. The postage listed is part of eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Once a package has arrived at the Global Shipping Warehouse, the parcel is considered delivered. Postage is available outside this program please contact for prices and estimated shipping times. A price will be provided for a Tracked service and an Untracked service. Untracked postage is at the buyer’s risk. All extra fees are the responsibility of the buyer (Import/Export Duties, VAT and postal service fess etc.).

Combined Postage

Combined postage is available, please ask for a quote before bidding or buying (unless stated in listing) unless you will be charged the full postage amount. In most cases this will be the highest postage value from the items selected.  Some items are exempt from combined postage this is due to size, weight or postal bracket, this will be shown in the listing.

To qualify for combined postage, place all the items required in your eBay basket and purchase in one order. In certain cases if more than one postage is paid, the excess postage maybe refunded if prior contact has been made.

Collection only items are excluded from combined postage, other items may be collected at the same time.

Collections

Collections are only available if stated in the description, with no exceptions.

Payments

All items must be paid for in full including any postage and packing charges this includes delivery by us, through eBay payments (unless cash on collection) before any item will be dispatched.  All items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase/end of auction.

After 7 Days of non-payment an eBay report will be made, and item will be cancelled and relisted and you will be blocked from any further listing.

The Sale Price/Highest Bid is final, and no negotiation will be made after sale is final.

Dispatching Items.

Items will be dispatched to delivery provider within 3 days of receipt of full payment, usually same or next day, but as soon as possible. No posting will be made at weekends.

Items will be posted to the address supplied by eBay. The address can be changed before postal service is booked, but not after. Once postal service is booked then item will be marked as dispatched, not necessarily when the item is handed over to the delivery provider.

Returns

Returns will be accepted and a refund of item price minus postage cost (even if free postage is offered, Postage costs incurred will be deducted) plus a further 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Return Postage is the returners responsibility. (Unless containing a misleading description or faulty where a full refund will be given and return postage will be paid).

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, all parts attached, or included must be returned with the item.

Faulty Items

Faulty/Broken Items must be reported as soon as possible.  Items must be returned or disposed of at my discretion. A full refund will be given including any postal costs (only on return of the item or if I tell you to dispose of the item. No Partial refunds will be given. Return postage will be paid in the case of items that are faulty, broken or contain a misleading description. 

Only items listed in the title have a warranty, any other item that is attached to the listed item is given free and has no warranty attached and therefore ineligible for return on these reasons.

Postal Loss, Damage or Delays

Damage or Loss of parcel through postal service will only be actioned with if either TRACKED24 or TRACKED48 postal service is chosen. Any other postal service, which has been selected at buyer risk will only receive a proof of posting/collection will be emailed and it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the postal service used. Postal delays that occur after the package has been handed to the courier are out of my control and cannot be actioned until the time stated on the delivery providers web site.

Damage must be noted with delivery company at time of delivery and reported as soon possible, within 48hrs.

Claims that are tracked as delivered must be taken up directly with the delivery service.

Loss or delayed parcels will only be actioned 14 days after the expected delivery time.

No claims can be made for loss or damage after 28 days from date of dispatch.
