   Procedure steps: 

      1. We need your complete shipping address, contact person's names, phone number and email ( phone number is not visible on the waybill, it will be used only in case the shipper cannot be found on the address )

      2. We need receiver names, complete address and phone number ( phone number is not visible on the waybill, it will be used only in case the receiver cannot be found on the address )

      3. You will receive a prepaid DHL waybill via email. All you need to do is to print out the label and attach it to the documents. DHL courier will come to your address and provide you with an envelope which will be sealed in front of you. There is an option where you can schedule pick up date and hour.

     Transit shipping time Bulgaria - Norway is 1-2  business days.

If you would like to add shipment protection to  your shipment an additional cost of 10$ should be calculated to the total amount.
