Shipping
- •If free shipping is offered in our auction, we will ship within the 48 contiguous United States free of charge. We may also be able to ship to other parts of the US and Canada, but buyer will be responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges.
•Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Saipan Northern Mariana Islands, please contact us for a shipping quote.
•We will ship your package via one of three carriers: USPS Ground or Priority Mail, FedEx, or FedEx Freight. - You may supply your own label, BUT you will need to make the purchase with the shipping included and we will send you the weight and dimensions. We will partially refund the shipping charges upon the receipt of your label.
- Additionally, if you are using UPS as the shipping carrier, YOU MUST SCHEDULE THE PICKUP as we WILL NOT PAY the pickup charge.
- •If item’s value is $250.00 and above or customers address is an apartment number, a signature WILL be required for delivery.
•Please contact us if you do not have a street address.
•Once payment has been received, it may take 1-3 business days to process your order. We will usually ship your order the next business day, but some processing of heavy or larger items may take longer.
•If you are an international buyer, PLEASE NOTE CHANGE TO SHIPPING POLICY:
•WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. - We do know that shipping forwarding relay services are and can be used to get it to you outside of the United States. Returns will be accepted BUT BE FULLY AWARE that if there is an issue with the product, i.e., damage incurred during shipping or changed your mind, just don't want it, or any other issue, YOU WOULD BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO ARRANGE SHIPPING BACK TO THE UNITED STATES AT YOUR EXPENSE.
- If your item requires freight shipping, please message us with an address and zip code, also indicate if you will need lift gate service if there is no loading dock available at your location.
