* Here we have the Bowman Jenkins sailing model "Lively Lady'' in very good used condition ~ previously been on display. Please use all the photos to assess the item. (The boat stand is not included).

* Made by Bowman Jenkins, England. Produced c1970. This was the last yacht produced in the Bowman yacht range. Now highly collectable and being sold as a display piece.

* 16" Sailing Model to commemorate Sir Alec Rose single handed round the world voyage. He left Portsmouth in 1967. His book is also included.

* Plastic hull and plywood deck. Measures approximately - 16 inches long; 4.5 inches wide (widest point) and 21 inches to top of mast.

* Appears complete with masts, sails and rigging; Plastic hull appears in great condition; the sails are good (photos 9-12), however there are some marks and they would certainly benefit from a clean. Original rudder.

The number 2105 on the main sail has faded - photo 10.

PLEASE NOTE ~ The two 'lively lady' plastic deck signs may not be original.

* Comes with its original box and inner packing piece; there are numerous scuffs and small tears - please examine photos 16-20 to assess.

* Also included is Sir Alec Rose illustrated paperback book (photos 21-24) - 220 pages of information, maps, drawings and photographs of his journey around the world. Printed in Great Britain by Cox & Wyman 1968. Complete and in good condition. Pages with some age related odour. Great read.
