Split Cane Trout Fly Rod HARDY BROS The Perfection 2 Piece 10’ 1908 & Bag

Serial number is 31727A making it an antique with a manufacture date of 1908.

Vintage and used so not pristine but still in good condition. Shaft is straight and true but does have some scuffs and scrapes, not to affect operation, but resulting in varnish loss in places. Some wear and small pits on the handle. Fittings, eyes and whipping are all in good order. The bag is Hardy branded but is not the original because it is not contemporary with the rod.
