Very good condition, never worn, vintage from mid late 1990's to early 2000's, never worn. I removed tag (will be included) to launder. Black and white stripe with ruching at bustline. Cotton polo style collar with buttons. Size Small, has some stretch. Has been freshly laundered. The collar of dress is cotton and yhe body of dress is poly.
100% polyester. Contrast collar is 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Made in Mexico.
