Shipping

Most orders are shipped same business day when received before 1PM EST!

We only ship to the address provided to us by Ebay. If an address change is required after payment is finalized, we will need to cancel the order and require you to place a new order with the updated address.

Orders of value $750+ will require a signature for delivery.

International shipments: Most of our items are offered for sale with Ebay's Global Shipping Program. Please review Ebay's Help/Support documentation for details about this program. International buyers are responsible for all import fees, which include, but may not be limited to, duty, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.. These fees are not included in shipping charges, except when stated under Ebay's Global Shipping Program where Ebay will automatically calculate and collect these fees up front (contact Ebay for full details and any questions). We will not state a lower price or declare an item as a "gift" for customs documents. Please note that the Ebay Global Shipping program uses a fulfillment center in the United States to collect and dispatch international shipments. Tracking may show your purchase delivered to this center in the United States, but your purchase will continue on its way to its final, international destination.

Payment

Payments are accepted through Ebay's integrated payments. Immediate payment is required (except for auctions and when best offers are accepted). Payments for auctions and accepted best offers are required within 7 days. Purchases will be automatically canceled and items re-listed if payment is not made within this timeframe.

Returns

Except for products being sold as-is and/or for parts or repair, our items are guaranteed to arrive as described. Although we strive to discover and describe any issues or problems with an item, we can (and do) make mistakes. We do not expect our mistake to be your problem, so, if you do discover a discrepancy, please contact us as soon as the issue is found and no later than 30 days after your purchase.

All returned purchases must be within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received with everything that was originally included with the purchase. A refund will not be issued until all included items are received back. Except for returns caused by an error on our part, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items sold as-is and/or for parts or repair have no guarantees. We will point out any issues we've discovered that influenced our decision to sell these items as-is and/or for parts or repair, but there may be other problems we have not tested or were not able to test. In purchasing these items, you agree to receive them as-is with all faults and understand they cannot be returned.
