Shipping and Processing

Shipping Method:

The item will be shipped by a major carrier of our choice depending on your delivery address.

Multiple purchases can be shipped together to save on costs. The combined shipping costs, up to 30kg, will automatically be adjusted on the final invoice. Contact me for details, if required.

I ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping charges that will be applied to the final invoice.

EVERY PACKAGE HAS TRACKING NUMBER and is fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

All packaging is discrete.

I use recycled packaging materials as much as possible.

If you need express shipping service, please choose a fast shipping option at time of purchase, or contact me to include a specific one to meet your needs.

Important, please provide your full name, shipping address, including postcode, contact telephone number, and email, to be used for courier information.

Please note that courier delivery times can be longer during poor weather, public holidays, industrial action, strikes, and epidemics, and are completely beyond our control.

Processing Time

All items will be dispatched to you within 1 working day on weekdays - Monday to Friday, excluding public, and bank, holidays, and on Saturdays, and Sundays, where possible. Sometimes the item(s) will be shipped the same day.

The payment must be cleared on seller's side before any item can be shipped.

Issues, Return and Replacement Policy

If you experience any issues with the item that you have purchased please contact me as soon as possible, so that I can resolve the matter amicably, and as fast as possible.

No return on this item. All items are carefully inspected and / or tested before dispatch. In such an unlikely even please contact me first to obtain a returns number. This must be clearly marked on the return parcel and packing note. All original packaging must be returned with the item. NO items that have been worn can be accepted for return due to hygiene regulations. NO items that have been used, or fitted, or incorrectly installed, can be accepted for return.
