Back of dust jacket has a large tear (see picture). No part of the jacket is missing, just torn. Text blocks have oxidation/age discoloration from storage.

No writing or markings on any pages or cover (other than author’s signature, which is just her signature, no personal name(s) or inscriptions. The boards of the book have some oxidation and light colored staining as well.

Pages are in great condition. No bent or torn pages. The last page of the book, when opened, is slightly detached from the back fly page and the spine. - again please see the pictures.
