• ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS (I.E. STEREOS SAT NAVS ETC) COME WITHOUT LEADS/WIRING UNLESS STATED.

• NO CODES AVAILABLE FOR ITEMS UNLESS STATED IN THE LISTING : Radio or Sat Navigation units, ECU,Clocks,Instrument Clusters, key & Ignition barrels, Transponders or any parts that need recoding you will need to see a specialist.

Please note on some of our stock we may have more than one of the item available, its possible you may not get the one that is in the picture (if you want the one in the picture message me - and if its available I will try to send that one

 

Delivery

All of the items will be dispatched the same day if order is placed before 9am Monday – Friday.

The parts are carefully packaged and these items are normally delivered using a fully insured carrier who will require a signature at time of delivery.

Our carriage is to UK Mainland only, not including Scottish Highlands

Please ask for carriage charges to Northern & Southern Ireland, English Isles and Scottish Highlands & Isles.

Returns and Refunds

All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, before you sign for them. We can NOT refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order.

If you wish to return an item please contact us by message through Ebay within 7 days.

All our items supplied are security marked.

Any item being returned must be received within 14 days from date of sale.

We will refund item cost and purchase delivery if the item is found to be faulty, once an item is received back it will be quality tested on our benches.

If a part has been correctly supplied in good working order and is no longer required we will only return an item price less a 20% handling fee (we will not return postage costs).

Buyer is subject to pay postage or any other associated costs on any parts returned.

We provide description of models that are compatible to the part described above. However IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK IF PART WILL FIT YOUR CAR. If you are unsure you are welcome to provide a VIN number and model year and we will check it for you.

ALL PARTS ARE SUPPLIED WITH 30 DAYS WARRANTY.

Warranty covers only part and does NOT COVER LABOUR ASSOCIATED COSTS.
