This is a "hand-built" rustic, decorative tile from US artist, Sophie Acheson.  The predominant colors are bright golden yellow and sky blue.  The sun in the center is accented in gold.  The designs are etched into the tile for a sculptural effect, then glazed.

There is a hanger, and it is signed on the back.  It is sold as shown.
