Hello, and thank you for viewing my listing!

Here we have a gorgeous, extremely rare, highly collectible, and sought after 1977 Gold South African 1 Rand Coin, Deep Cameo Proof Uncertified and gorgeous, brilliant, uncirculated condition. Comes in an Airtite PVC, free, clear, plastic coin, capsule for security and viewing. it is in magnificent condition. Purity is around 22 karat gold, but there is at least 1/10 of an ounce of pure 24 karat gold in the coin.

Gold is at an all-time high and it keeps rising. It is set to break 2400 per ounce soon and many financial analysts are predicting. It will top 5000 per ounce by Christmas. Gold is a great investment. Make sure you get it now before it goes up any higher. I have plenty of gold coins and bouillon free to choose from in my store. Please feel free to take a look.

Comments

Dimensions vary slightly between the original 1961-4 issues and the later 1965-83 strikes.

Prooflike strikes exist for most years but these are very hard to distinguish from the Proofs.

Matt finish coins were produced for export.

Huge numbers have been smelted and availability of specimens is becoming scarce.

The fineness is the same as that for the 1/2 Pound, 1/2 Pond, & 1/2 Sovereign - 22 Carat fine Gold.
