HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN ITEM? 

We typically allow 5-7 days to pay for an auction listing, to allow buyers to combine shipping. We will send a payment reminder after 7 days have passed. If payment is NOT made within 10 days of a listing, the item will be CANCELED and relisted. Any non-paying buyers will be BLOCKED from future bidding and purchases. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR NEWTON RINGS OR CGC CASE IMPERFECTIONS?

CGC graded books may exhibit cosmetic flaws which do not effect the integrity of the CGC case. These can include but are not limited to; newton rings (waterlike image due to the inner and outer case touching), inner well scuffs, light inner cracks, marks or minor cosmetic scratches. These imperfections are how the items are received to us from CGC. 

We do NOT ACCEPT returns due to these imperfections. We will NOT provide REFUNDS FOR REHOLDERING. CGC considers these to be a common result occurring as part and during the encapsulation process. 

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR BOOKS AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

All CGC books a packed in multi-layered boxes with plenty of packing material via USPS Priority Mail for both Domestic and International shipments. This extra layer of packaging causes the packages to weigh more, which increases shipping costs slightly. Please use the shipping calculator provided by USPS on each auction to find out the shipping cost for your location. Delivery Confirmation is included for all purchases up to $199. Signature Confirmation is included for all purchases $200+. Please check my positive feedback.

WE DO NOT USE FLAT RATE BOXES FOR SHIPPING - Flat Rate boxes have dimensions that are too narrow to adequately protect a slab in transit. 

DO YOU OFFER COMBINE SHIPPING FOR CGC AUCTION WINS?

Yes,I do offer combined shipping for my CGC Auctions. In order to qualify for combined shipping please wait for a combined invoice. I cannot hold shipments that have already been paid for. Once an auction is paid, it will be shipped within 3 business days.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETRACT MY BIDS?

We understand that mistakes can happen, and if you have to cancel your bid you can do so as long as there is AT LEAST 48 hours left in the listing. ANY BID CANCELATIONS/RETRACTIONS with LESS than 48 hours left OR what we deem as EXCESSIVE BID RETRACTIONS will lead to being BLOCKED from FUTURE bidding on our listings.
