We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of cleared received payments. Please note items purchased over the weekend will be posted out on a Monday morning.

If collecting items please note we are open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm ONLY.

PAYMENT

Payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction ending. Please note we accept paypal only. Cash on collection is accepted.

TERMS OF SALE

We do accept returns. Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging, postage will not be refunded. Please note we cannot accept returns for sold as seen items.

All profits from these auctions go directly to Dove House Hospice. Dove House Hospice offers specialist palliative care to adults with life limiting illnesses,palliative care is the total care of a patient whose disease is no longer able to be cured. There is no charge for our services & we rely on funds raised in the community.
