My name is Alexandra, I worked as a stylist in Europe. I am experienced in buying and selling clothes & accessories and collectables for more than 30 years.
my photos are my article description- I will mention the way the dress/ item fits (if not according to the size given in the label tag)...
my mannequin is a size 8. 
If you buy more- ask me to send you a combined invoice! Or send me a mail to reimburse postage paid too much!
I never make photos look nicer- no filter - 
if there are faults I will mention them-so please read the article description and look at every photo- but hey, I am a human being- I can miss things.

in case I made a major mistake I will entitle you to a full refund- please communicate via ebay message function with me.
if an item does not arrive in time- please check the tracking- and on top I can always supply you with the original lodging receipt.
I always offer international postage- just get in touch with me and I change the invoice/ postage fees.

PS: I like common sense: 
  1. It is normal to wash a 2nd hand dress bought online before wearing. I do not have the time and capacity to wash all my items. 
  2. I provide measurements in my photos- please check them! I do not entitle you for a return because you forgot to check them.
  3. My description of a colour can differ from your perception- so have a look at photos- if unsure please get in touch with me.
  4. Chester & Smokey are my ginger cats- they love disturbing me while working- or sit on the pool table where I take the measurements. so there could be an occasional cat hair.
  5. I fold my items, put them in freezer bags and label them to store them in boxes. this way they are protected and they are ready to send.
  6. Also I am a human being- I can actually make mistakes....please write a polite message to me and I will do anything to sort out the issue.
  7. Kind and polite customers I really do like and prefer....(suits more my personality- and communication with these kind of people works really well). I do not hesitate to add "other" buyers onto my blocking list. 
  8. If you write me a message- and I do not see it/ do not respond to it- does not mean I give my consent to anything you like (buyer stated "no answer is an answer in my favour") . please get in touch again.
  9. I always try my best- I have no interest in selling you "bad" items. fact is, I want more great customers- and not get rid of my buyers due to cheating/ ripping off/ selling faulty items. 
  10. sometimes all labels are missing. I clearly state this in my article description. If you buy the item- you are accepting that fact!
  11. when I write: dress had clearly been washed and worn- does mean it is in a preloved condition and not!! in an as new condition.
  12. please consider that I sell here to make a living when sending me offers. I am always happy to reduce the asking price a bit- but unfortunately I have to pay ebay fees, tax and spend a lot of money buying new items. all these expenses need to be covered- and I have to make my cut on top.
  13. when you find a loose thread and ask for a 50% refund- and I ask you politely to use a scissor to cut it off- and you feel offended and threatened by me- please do not buy in my shop.
  14. Blackmailing ("I will give you negative feedback when I dont get my way") is clearly not ok and I will report it to ebay straight away.
  15. cutting into the dress when cutting open the satchel is a stupid thing to do. blaming me for it and wanting a full refund is not ok. please rip satchel open carefully.
  16. communication & common sense  is a key to a lot- please use it :-)
  17. POSTAGE: I am sending with Australia Post. it happens not often but regularly that a sorting machine has got a defect- meaning that satchels get send all around the country- back and forth multiple times. that can cause massive delays in delivery. I cannot be blamed for that! I am sorry for any inconvenience....please be patient and keep checking the tracking number.
