NERVE PAIN & HEADACHE TEA

For nerve pain like sciatica and tension headaches.

Usage: Helps for a few hours and works like an aspirin. (2.5  oz bag)

White willow bark has been used for hundreds of years for pain and has been found to especially help with headache pain.  Traditionally, Feverfew is added for pain relief from a headache. Chamomile and Valerian root are added as nervines and analgesic sedatives. The licorice helps support the adrenal glands and the whole formula. The lavender adds a calming scent and gentle anti-inflammatory properties.

100% Organic ingredients:  White Willow Bark, Fever Few, Chamomile, Valerian Root, Lavender, Licorice Root

Note: This tea does not taste good, but works. Some clients take it at night and in the morning have less pain. Other people drink a few cups a day to avoid having to take pain meds.

Each 11 oz bag contains approximately 25-30 servings or approx.

Take 1 to 2 TSP of loose-leaf tea into a strainer ball, or an empty tea bag or just put the loose-leaf herbs in a cup.  Then steep in boiling water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes). Add honey or cane sugar to mask the bad taste. (Future versions will have some stevia)

WARNING: Anyone can put organic loose tea in a bag and make claims about it.  However, knowledge of herbal pharmacology and traditional formulas is required to make a good formula.  For a great formula, it requires years of feedback from patients to refine and improve the formula. Unfortunately, most products sold online are based on the "it should work" approach from online research, not experience.

"Herb Man Teas, maybe the best herbal teas on the planet! "
