Received Damaged Item?  I will pack your item with the utmost care, but sometimes damages happen. Please note- some packages are insured at no cost to you. Please keep all packaging and the item and contact me to see if we need to start the insurance process.

Something else wrong?  Please contact me before leaving feedback- I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Late Payment?  Per eBay, all payments are due within 4 days of the end of auction. eBay now has an automated non-paying bidder case process that will start at this point if payment is not made AND you have not contacted me about your particular situation.

International Buyers:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Also, please note that there is a strong possibility that your country's customs department will take awhile to process your package- I've seen anywhere from a few days, weeks, or even months.
