Both Alfalfa and Nettle are extremely nutritional with a wide range of vitamins and minerals which makes the base of this formula. Horsetail is high in minerals and is known to be helpful for hair growth. 

 Hibiscus and lemon peel are both high in antioxidants and vitamin C.  Peppermint leaves, cinnamon bark, and coriander seeds are added for flavor with a little stevia added for sweetness.
