This trademark was registered to Graizley & Cie, La Chaux de Fonds. He patented the Hebdomas 8 day watch in January 1889. The tradename is still in use today with both pocket watches and wristwatches available. It was used on 8 day watches with a visible balance wheel. At first these 8 day watches were all made by hand. Hebdomas watches won gold medals in Chacago 1892, Geneva 1896, Paris 1900, Milan 1906 and Brussels 1910. In 1915, the patent and tradename was transferred to Schild & Cie, the new name for the Graizely & Cie company!
This beautiful mechanical wristwatch has an original pocket watch movement ''HEBDOMAS''. The 8-Days power reserve mechanism is in an excellent status which was very well saved, considering age of this watch. Recently skeleton made (handmade unique work!). Movement has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time! Please understand this is an antique, collector’s timepiece and being so it will not keep exact, to the second time as a new timepiece would. "Spiral Breguet" means that in the regulator of the watch is applied isochronous hairspring with a curl, design of which was developed and calculated by Brege!
This astonishing timepiece has an oversized case. Made of chrome/nickel. This watch was converted from a pocket watch! The case is in excellent cosmetic condition, with no signs of any serious damages. New crown! The case has a crown for winding and setting at 3 o'clock position. The watch is supplied with a brand-new strap as a Free Gift to the buyer. See the photos for more details!
These watches were originally been made in a variant of a pocket watch. And in a consequence have been altered in a variant for the convenience of carrying on a hand!

This unique and rare mark of timepiece features a white porcelain enamel dial. The dial is in good cosmetic condition, no signs of any serious damages. The porcelain enamel dial features black Arabic numerals and beautiful bronze hands. The beautiful unusual dial with an opening at the bottom of the dial has an exposed engraved bridge with balance and regulator that makes it possible to expose the balance wheel and pallet fork. The engraving of the bridge balance is made manually. The watch comes with brand new front mineral glass and brand new acrylic back glass. See the photos for more details!
