It appears to be on its second set of heads, which have plenty of life left, as you can see in the pictures. The Mk1 plastic spool turntables were replaced with metal items and a left hand roller guide fitted at some time in its history.

 

The machine lines up well on Agfa PEM369, with good wow and flutter performance.

I have replaced the incendiary RIFA capacitors and some electrolytics, cleaned and lubricated as required and fitted a 3 pin IEC power connector, for which leads are readily available. The mains interlock has been removed. The case handle has been tightened up, a matter of no small importance when carrying some 15Kg of machinery!

Cosmetically, the machine looks well for its fifty-odd years, with the odd bump and scratch, but nothing major.
