Puez, Odle, Sass de Putia... Alpine trekking requires reliable protection from the elements. However, there are days when a 3-layer jacket is overkill, but you still need a backup waterproof shell.
The Puez GORE-TEX PACLITE® Jacket is designed to be as light, compressible and breathable as possible, without compromising its durability. The 2-layer construction features a GORE-TEX® membrane bonded directly to an outer shell covered in a durable protective layer and featuring a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Furthermore, considering our attention to environmental commitment, we have chosen to use a recycled version, also with bluesign® certification. This shell is extremely breathable (RET <6 m2Pa/W) and offers considerable waterproof protection (water column: 28,000 mm) with welded seams and a waterproof front zip.
Furthermore, the sleeves and shoulders are ergonomic, so as to guarantee a good fit, the hood is fixed with rear adjustment, there are two pockets (both with waterproof zips) and the cuffs are adjustable thanks to the Velcro closure.
This jacket is a Salewa Committed product made with bluesign® certified fabrics that do not use substances harmful to the environment and are as sustainable as possible.
Here is our backup waterproof shell, minimal and easily foldable, with high breathability.
