Raichu from Base Set, sleeved and stored for years in optimal conditions. Great condition, sits somewhere between LP and MP in my uneducated opinion. Yet another Raichu, I must have left one of them too close to my Ditto and Thunder Stones.
Shipping is only within Canada, via Canada Post Lettermail. Card is shipped in a sleeve, top loader, and bubble mailer. No tracking as it costs me like 15 bucks extra, if you're dead set on tracking then let me know and I'll revise the listing.
