Application Process:
Method 1: Applying Glue to the Floor Under the Tile.
Assemble the tiling comb. Adjust the comb's width (applied layer) and tighten the nuts.
Apply the glue inside.
Extend the comb to create a relief "bed" for the tile.
Place the tile on the prepared surface.
The result is a smooth layer of glue with the desired width, close to the finished row. The laid tile remains clean.
Method 2: Applying Glue to the Tile.
Secure the comb using clamps or self-screws on an improvised machine for glue application.
Attach the comb to an OSB plate or plywood with self-reserves, aligning it to the desired tile length.
Place the tile under the teeth, pressing it against one edge of the comb.
Fix the teeth over the tile using retainers on the side walls of the comb.
Adjust the application width using the included plank.
Apply glue on the tile within the ridge and push the tile through the comb for precise and efficient results.
The result - each tile is covered with smooth grooves of glue. The front surface remains clean.
During breaks in operation, rinse the device slightly with water (or immerse it in water).
