The book measures approx. 12 by 9 inches. The cover is nice and clean, with a few small stains, toning and minor wear. The spine end is good, gentle wear on the ends, small tear in cloth along bottom end and back cover. The boards and corners are good with wear and denting, some rubbing through on the bottom corners. The hinges and spine are firmly attached. The pages are bright and clean with minor wear and foxing, hard to notice small stain along bottom page corner on last few pages of index, toned endpages, book is very nice.
