The book measures approx. 7 by 4 ½ inches. The cover is good with some scuffing, wear and rubbing. . The spine end is good with some light wear and darkening of the color. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear. The hinges and binding is good, front hinge has pulling and beginnings of looseness, needs attention and repair. The pages are good, some minor damp marking on last few pages, book is nice.
