This is a 1980 O-Pee-Chee Empire Strikes Back Series 3 title card.  The card is #265 and is in VG/EX condition with handling wear.  There are no creases but the corners/edges are a little worn.  I've priced the card accordingly.  This card is tough to find in nice shape because it's the first card in the set and would usually be stored at the top of a stack bound by rubber bands.  This one is nicer than a lot of the ones you'll see.
