10- piece set - all pieces are hand painted and made of a pottery with a rough, greyish/tan sand-like texture on the outside and a smooth, glazed surface on the inside (teapot and sugar bowl) or underside (luncheon plates and tea cups)
Teapot -7 in wide, 5 in tall. Bamboo handle. Inside is glazed in a Capuchino color. Lid is in good shape. Spout has no chips. Some wear is visible on the edges surrounding the lid.
Luncheon plates- 8 in by 7.75 in. Molded in shape of a shell. Each plate is painted with a similar but slightly different design. There is an indentation for a teacup on each plate. Black, glazed underside and around edges.
Teacups- 3.25 inches wide, 2.25 inches high- Each cup is hand painted with a slightly different design, They have a cream color glaze in the inside with black handles, black edging on the rims and black glaze on the bottoms.
