New and factory sealed with no damage to the cellophane, however there is a mark on the spine of the game which I haven't been able to remove (see last photo).  Also note, as far as I know this isn't a playable game, it's just a box, so just for display/collection purposes.

Please note with all of my DS games, if you'd like me to double check the cellophane if you can't clearly see anything in the photos, please message me prior to buying and I can take further photos for you.

I always bubble wrap any games I sell, and then package them inside a box with packing material to fill the box out to ensure they don't move around in transit.
