*Father Maur Van Doorslayer OSB, 1925 - 2013.
In 1965 he visited the St Andrew's Abbey and helped
set up a ceramics studio that produced his religious
relief "cookies" that featured wide eyed angels, saints
and biblical scenes. Often lighthearted, they helped
in the support of the Abbey and remain highly collectible.
