Good physical condition with only minor scratches and scuffs. The back rubber is slightly tacky, but still firm.

This phone appears to be locked to Verizon, though is no longer possible to activate post-3G shutdown. The IMEI is clean.

The battery still holds a charge, though battery life is relatively short.

This is a great collectors item -- very few prototypes still exist.
