If you're unfamiliar with measuring spokes then please view the photos for reference. From the inside of the J-bent to the end of the thread this spoke measures 290mm.

The bladed centre area is approximately 240mm in length.

It had a standard 2mm shaft at either end and will take a standard thread nipple.
