G.B./ENGLAND KING GEORGE II 1736/5 1 SHILLING SILVER COIN ALMOST UNCIRCULATED CERTIFIED PCGS AU50. Population of 1 at PCGS, with only 3 graded higher. Beautiful well-struck silver coin. Some very nice sharp detail. Silvery luster resides atop the surfaces with an especially strong strike on the reverse. A flan void, obscured by the PCGS prong at 7 o'clock, is also observed. Further inspection appears to reveal this piece as the overdate variety for the year, with some example metal within the 6 in the date. KM561.5, S-3699. See images.
