Here are two fine U.S. stamps featuring American  prominent politicians from yesteryear.


This 1963 used Sam Rayburn stamp is inngood condition.  The backing is very clean. Although there is nobgum, there are no stains, rips, tears, folds, or creases. This is a 4-cent use  stamp. Rayburn was a Democrat who was the Speaker of the House.


The 1965 Adlai Stevenson 5-cent Unused stamp is in fair to good condition.  This is an unused stamp. The backing of the stamp is a little rough. There is no gum, but there are no foreign stains of any sort. Nor or there any rips, tears creases, or folds on this unused stamp. Stevenson was a governor of the state of Illinois.
