This book measures 6-1/8" x 9-1/8" and has 142 pages.  The spine has minor wear, tiny tears around the staples, and some paper worn off at the ends.  The front cover has a crease going vertically down the center and 3 creases elsewhere.  There is also some tiny tears along the edges, tiny sections of paper missing, some graphics wear, and a few spots.  The back cover has about a dozen creases, about four tears along the edges, a few tiny sections of paper missing along the edges, and some graphics wear.  Most pages have a crease down the center and a handful of creases elsewhere.  The first 28 pages have some damage in the lower inside corner and the two pages where the staples connect have some rust stains around the staples.  See pictures for details.
