Notes and frequently asked questions:
1. When connecting the plug cable, be sure not to bring ink, and make sure it is in good contact with the socket and does not touch the feet. Otherwise, the nozzle will be short-circuited and burned;
2. The steel shaft must also be clean and smooth. You can wipe it with some lubricating oil on a paper towel. Do not add oil directly to the shaft. Excess oil will flow to the nozzle and cause damage;
3. After the machinery and circuit are correct, it is time to check the waterway. First, check whether the amount of water in the ink cartridge is sufficient; secondly, check whether the small cleaning blade and ink suction pump are dirty;
4. There will be air in the newly installed nozzle, so it will not print normally immediately. Only after the air in the nozzle is completely discharged can the lines be produced normally; first, intermittent cleaning can be used (only clean 2 times at a time, and then stop for 30 minutes) Then wash it 2 times)
Excessive cleaning for many times will cause ink accumulation in the cleaning pump, which will not only cause color mixing and leakage, but also waste ink; secondly, you can print more pictures to allow the nozzle to discharge air during work; thirdly, if the machine has been led out To remove the waste ink tube, you can turn off the power first.
Then use a syringe with a rubber tube to pump out the waste ink tube until 3-5ml of ink is extracted. Then turn on the machine and clean it normally with the machine. This is equivalent to artificially forcefully extracting the air from the head. The side effect is that it is easy to cause cleaning. Pump piles ink.

4. Please be aware that the courier service can only deliver your items to your front door providing that you are on the ground floor.                        

WRONG ITEM ORDERED OR CHANGED MIND              

Please message us via eBay within 14 days after the purchase. We can then advise on the  return procedure.           

Please arrange your own courier and make sure that the courier would provide you with tracking information and also cover you for the cost of any damages or loss as we would not be held liable.  Once the item has been returned we will assesss the return condition.                            

Alternatively we can arrange collection on your behalf at a cost of £39 for single item and £78 for multiple items with an extra £15 per item that has been opened. This would cover you for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
